We are Ukrainian IT company Galaktica, we work with our own product on the global market. Now we are actively scaling, in this regard, we are looking for a Customer Support representative with experience of 6 months or more!

You will have a bet $500-$600 with the possibility of growth. We will also write a $350 KPI for you, and it always increases, so you could increas your income. Thus, in our company for the first month of work you will earn from $ 850.

You may choose one of 3 variants with schedule 5/2:

  • Day shifts: You will work from 2:00 PM till 10:30 PM
  • Combined schedule: contains 3 day shifts (from 2 p.m till 10:30 p.m) and 2 night shifts (from 10 p.m till 6:30 a.m)
  • Night shifts: from 10 Pm till 6:30 AM

What responsibilities will you have:·

  • Solve arising incidents with users: analyze incoming tickets, live chats and phone calls, conduct investigations, communicate with users, fully satisfying their requests for cases. It will take 60% of your working time;
  • Communicate closely with the moderation team, partners and customers, 20% of the time;
  • Update knowledge bases, constantly improve the processes of communication with users, 10% of their working time;
  • It will take 10% of the time to prepare reports on user requests.

But your main task will be:

  • Solve customer requests;
  • Find answers to their questions, with which we will help you;
  • Create high-quality communication between adjacent units.

We expect that:

  • you have at least 6 months experience in client support in English;
  • Your level of English is upper intermediate+, fluent speaking English ;
  • you have strong English communication skills via e-mail and phone.

Would be an advantage:

  • experience with Zendesk and/or other customer support systems;
  • experience with manuals, rules and standards for communication with customers;
  • you know what customer-friendliness is and can successfully apply it during your working process;
  • you boast about psychological skills and are able to find common language even with the most difficult customer.
