How to Join the Team
On the Website, you can view open positions at our Company and fill out the form to apply for participation in the recruitment process with the aim of potential employment. The Company is constantly looking for qualified professionals. Therefore, even if there is no suitable vacancy listed at the moment, you can still submit an application, and we will add your data to our internal candidate database. If a relevant opportunity arises, we may reach out to you.
Application Submission
To submit an application, you need to click the “Join” button. The first step involves completing a short form, where the User is asked to provide the following:
- full name;
- desired position;
- one or more contact methods (email address, phone number, Telegram or LinkedIn profile, or upload a CV).
The User may complete the application at this stage by clicking the “Submit Data” button, which allows them to send basic information without proceeding to the next steps.
However, we encourage you to continue with the following stages, as they will help both the Company and you get to know each other better.
Video/Audio Responses
After completing the form, the User will be invited to answer 5 questions. The answers are submitted in the form of a video or audio recording. Recording takes place online and cannot be replayed; however, the User may re-record or delete their responses before submission.
If all responses are deleted, no information is stored. Once saved, the recordings cannot be reviewed by the User. The total response time is limited to 10 minutes, so please take this into account when recording your answers.
To finalize and save your responses, you must click the “Next” button.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Please note that the Company may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies for the automated analysis of submitted video or audio responses, including aspects such as emotional tone, intonation, facial expressions, and more.
By submitting video or audio responses, you consent to their processing, including the use of automated tools and AI technologies.
Additional Data
As part of our recruitment approach, we also offer Users the option to provide their date, time, and place of birth. This enables us to apply modern self-assessment and team dynamics methodologies, such as Human Design.
These fields are optional, you may skip them by clicking the “Skip” button.
We may also ask you to indicate your expected compensation level.
Please note that all information provided by the User is collected exclusively for internal use by the Company within the recruitment process and is stored in the Company’s internal candidate database.

The Company does not disclose User Content publicly or share it with third parties unless there is a valid legal basis or separate consent from the User.
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that such content:
- does not contain offensive language or comments related to race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or physical conditions;
- does not include obscene materials (e.g., pornography, scenes of violence, or criminal activity);
- is not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or any other form of solicitation;
