The Galaktica team joined DOU Day 2026 — one of the largest events of the Ukrainian IT community, bringing together professionals, experts, and companies to exchange experience, knowledge, and new ideas.
Throughout the day, our colleagues attended lectures and panel discussions by leading industry speakers, explored current trends, and discussed the future of technology.
This year, special attention was given to artificial intelligence and Data Science, including machine learning, neural networks, data analysis, modern technology trends, ethical aspects of AI development, and real business cases of its application.
DOU Day gave the team an opportunity not only to gain new knowledge, but also to see how Ukraine’s technology industry is developing today.
In addition to the educational part of the event, the team actively participated in interactive activities, explored new solutions and technologies, communicated with representatives of the IT community, and tested various partner booths.
Our colleagues also joined a blood donation initiative and became blood donors.
We also noted the high level of development of Ukrainian defense technologies presented at the event. The exhibitions featured innovative solutions for the defense sector and robotic systems that demonstrate the potential of Ukrainian developers.
The team also supported a charity fundraiser for a combat drone.
Participation in DOU Day was a great opportunity for the team to gain new knowledge, exchange experience with industry colleagues, and get inspired by ideas that are shaping the future of Ukraine’s technology industry.
